I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to return my forgotten jewellery promptly and safely, but they also ensured that every aspect of my stay was exceptional. the heating in the room was perfect, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere during my entire stay. the sitting area and dining table were both spacious and well-appointed, allowing me to relax and enjoy meals with ease. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the kitchen utensils and cookware made preparing meals a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by the electric kettle in the room, which made enjoying a hot cup of tea a convenient and enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its exceptional service, attention to detail, and overall outstanding amenities. It truly exceeded my high expectations in every way possible.
